Because items are produced and shipped by independent fulfillment providers, policies may vary.
Returns
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unworn and unused.
Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Shipping Issues

- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed shipment
- Address errors provided by customer
